Services can be provided on both a fixed fee and hourly basis.  We consult with both privately retained and court appointed counsel.

We believe that every defendant is entitled to the best defense.  We also understand that some courts may place limitations on consultation fees.  We will work with each individual client to negotiate a reasonable fee for our services. 

Typically, DNA case reviews of work done by established and accredited labs involve ten hours of our time.  This includes both reviewing the discovery and working with the attorney to select practical and effective approaches to the evidence.  We can tailor our services in other forensic areas to fit your circumstances.
